At Twilight Collective, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

These timeframes include processing and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, logistics conditions, and peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

All shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including logistics disruptions or customs processing.

Twilight Collective is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery issues where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@twilightcollective.com.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue. Resolutions, including replacement or refund, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Twilight Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
